Return & Replacement Policy
At Like N Like Family Showroom, we carefully inspect all products before shipping.
Due to the nature of clothing products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered and opened.
Clothing items lose their original shelf condition once opened or used and cannot be resold.
However, we do offer replacements in the following situations:
Damaged Product
If the product is received damaged, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time.
If the damage is confirmed from the video, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement with the correct item.
Conditions for Replacement
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong product claim.
• The video must begin before opening the package seal.
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
We do not provide refunds. Only replacements will be provided for eligible cases.
